Homelessness remains a critical issue that affects countless individuals, each facing unique challenges in their journey toward stability. Addressing the root causes of homelessness and providing direct support are essential steps toward creating long-term solutions. Our Homelessness Program is dedicated to offering immediate relief through food assistance while providing a pathway toward self-sufficiency and healthier living for those experiencing homelessness. Whether individuals are working toward exiting homelessness or continuing to live unhoused, our program aims to equip them with the knowledge, resources, and skills to lead safer and healthier lives.

The Housing Matters Stability Program (HMSP) is a comprehensive housing assistance initiative aimed at addressing homelessness, veteran housing insecurity, and low-income housing accessibility. The program provides education, resources, and direct support to help individuals and families secure stable housing.
